Posted on 12 May 2026- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions such as journal entries, invoices, receipts, and disbursements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and tax documents.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize accounting records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
- FRESH GRADUATES with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
