Junior Sales Officer

The Junior Sales Officer is responsible for supporting sales growth and store operations across assigned Tech101 telco retail stores. This role involves field supervision, monitoring sales performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting in the execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance of assigned telco retail stores.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Support execution of marketing and promotional campaigns in stores.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure smooth store operations and SOP compliance.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer service concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Support and guide store staff to improve sales performance and service quality.
• Assist in scheduling, task delegation, and coordination with store teams.
• Maintain effective communication between store staff and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• With experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Supervisor, or similar role in TELCO RETAIL.
• Background in mobile phones, accessories, postpaid/prepaid plans, or telecom services is required.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive store performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales reporting, inventory management, and retail systems.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel to assigned Tech101 stores.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
