Accounting Assistant - Manila

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sterling Global Call Center. Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial part in supporting our accounting operations.

1. Performing general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports
2. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
3. Maintaining and updating accounting records and ledgers
4. Providing administrative support to the accounting team
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
6. Adhering to accounting best practices and company policies

1. Relevant experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounts Clerk, preferably in the call center industry
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
