Handle customer concerns, billing inquiries, account support, and basic troubleshooting for a telecommunications account.
Qualifications:- HS/SHS Graduate
- B2 English proficiency preferred
- Preferably with at least 6 months customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Up to ₱21,000 for local BPO experience
- Higher package for candidates with international voice experience
Work Setup:
- Onsite, full-time position in CDO
- Shifting schedule (including weekends and holidays)
