Order Management Specialist (Logistics/Supply Chain)

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
• With background in Foreign Trade or Business is preferred
• Strong understanding of domestic and international trade practices
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and experience in audit-compliant environment is a plus
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in business English

• Monday to Friday, Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order process for domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring SOX compliance
• Perform order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and tracking until successful delivery, including documentation and resolution of any order-related issues
• Accurately log LOR (Late Order Report) entries for delayed orders and follow through on resolution
• Act as the point of coordination for customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor and coordinate with 4PL and 3PL partners for daily delivery and logistics operations
• Handle dispute management (credit/debit/returns), process approvals, and maintain accurate records in PR1
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of enhanced processes and systems
• Ensure all customer service processes comply with internal and external audit standards (FSSC 22000, SOX, government audits)
