Chief Radiologic Technologist

Location: Ground Flr., The Spa Wellness Bldg., B8, Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig

We are looking for a Chief Radiologic Technologist to lead the daily operations of our Radiology Department. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance clinical expertise with strong leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure high-quality imaging services (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan)
• Supervise and support radiologic staff
• Coordinate with radiologists and primary care physicians for timely results
• Maintain equipment readiness and proper functionality
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and radiation safety standards
• Perform both clinical and supervisory duties within a lean team
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
• PRC Licensed Radiologic Technologist
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Knowledgeable in FDA regulations and radiation safety
• Experience in X-ray, Ultrasound, and CT Scan
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Advantage if you have:
• Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) Training
