Operational Management
Lead the Operations Team to deliver client, employee and business outcomes.
  • Review business plans with the management team to ensure strategies are created and actions are delivered.
  • Works with the general manager and other departmental heads on strategies for effective operational support.
  • Oversee the Operations management team to Identify and create plans for staff retention.
  • Performance manage teams to gain maximum conformity to client and techno Global Team values.
  • Ensure that all client SLA's and KPI’s are understood by the Operations management.
  • Work with clients to ensure optimum satisfaction in service of all departments.
  • Handles escalated/high level matters from Operations management
  • Work with Senior Manager and Operations Managers and achieve target service improvement objectives.
  • Other operational matters that is in relation to team management and client services and as required by business needs.
Facilities Management
Lead all required staff to ensure the maintenance and security of the office location
  • Liaise with the Facilities Team and building aim to ensure operations of the office's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services is being completed.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance program are completed ensuring functionality and appearance of the office facilities. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with internal and external facilities team.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the office facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues. Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance programs are completed ensuring functionality of the office IT network are conducted as well as IT issues are address with in the SLA. Coordinate issues and maintenance activities with internal and external IT team.
  • Ensure safety and security measures are correctly implemented and managed by all staff with the office, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets.
  • Organize, manage and coordinate the strategic and operational management of building facilities
  • Ensuring a proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of the facility, and create and sustain safe and productive environments for employees.
  • Communicate facilities, installation, repair, and maintenance schedules with stakeholders

Administrative Management

Active Involvement in other departments in ensuring organization’s business target is met. As a member of the executive committee:

  • Involve in setting strategic corporate direction with the higher management
  • Participates in making decision that will affect the entire organization
  • Reviews and approves proposed Corporate Policies and Procedures
