We are currently looking for aTechnical Support Engineer
Brief Description Of Work and Responsibilities- Responsible for deploying new IT hardware/software such as POS (Point of Sales), KDS (Kitchen display system) Desktop and network devices.
- Responsible to resolve store issues related to hardware/software and network.
- Records all related departmental and field activities.
- Project Support related to store deployment including migration.
- Assist in new telco application processing and bandwidth upgrade for all stores.
- Gathering and verifying store connectivity status.
- Preparing onboarding checklist for every new project.
- Updating inventory of store IT assets.
- Coordination with the vendor for the needed support.
- Ordering of new equipment for new and renovation store.
- Monitor and update new and renovation store activity.
- Other administrative task Technical analysis and problem solving.
- Knowledgeable in POS/PC trouble shooting and maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in network configuration LAN,WAN and VLAN.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in Windows and linux operating system.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be customer focused.
- Must be flexible, working well with people of higher and lower positions in the organization.
- Must be able to maintain stable performance despite work pressure.
- Able to work on tasks that require great attention to details.
- Able to manage and cope well in highly-stressful activities.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Must be willing to go on field.
- Must have at least1 year solid working experience on POS (Point-Of-Sale).
- Can start ASAP.
- Average communication skills.
- Must have Valid ID (passport, drivers license, UMID, National ID, Postal ID)
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
