Job summary:

• Expected salary: ₱17,000 - ₱19,000 per month

The Machine Operator ensures compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor specialized pharmaceutical equipment, including:
• Blister packaging machines for tablets and capsules
• Tablet coating machines (sugar coating or film coating)
• Encapsulation machines for powder or oil-based capsules
• Sachet filling machines for powder and liquid formulations
• Perform changeovers and setups of machines for different product formats.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (weight, seal integrity, coating uniformity, etc.).
• Ensure machines run efficiently, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment according to GMP and SOPs.
• Support preventive maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Accurately fill out batch records, machine logs, and production reports.
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams in resolving any issues or deviations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
