Schedule: Mid Shift, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and modify air, hotel, and car reservations
• Assist domestic and international travel arrangements
• Recommend fares aligned with client policies and contracts
• Handle urgent requests, cancellations, and travel disruptions
• Maintain knowledge of airline rules and travel updates
• Interpret travel policies and apply appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

Qualification and requirements:

• Japanese proficiency (at least N3) and strong English skills
• Knowledge of U.S. and Japan geography required
• Europe geography knowledge is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working weekends and U.S. holidays
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy and confident using booking systems
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
