QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication skills, systematic & organized
• Should be flexible to handle other regulatory matters
• Computer literate ( Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat)
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Organized, fast learner and result oriented
• Preferably with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring compliance with the renewal of government licenses, permits, and ordinances with FDA and DOH
• Maintaining a systematic file of all government licenses, product registrations, and certifications
• Performing quality assurance functions, handling Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Drug Reaction/Adverse Drug Event
• Provide Distributor’s requirements during government tenders & hospital inclusions/hospital accreditations
• Manage SOPs and internal systems to track product information file compliance;
• Assists sales support team in the efficient servicing of distributors queries, features, benefits and complaints about the product.
• Record and monitor the temperature of chillers minimum 2x a day. Ensure that all products are stacked in an orderly manner and observe FEFO (near expiry stocks are dispensed first).
• Performs administrative functions which may be requested from time to time
• The abovementioned responsibilities should be properly translated into a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which shall be duly validated during post-licensing inspection
• Willing to participate in hospitals bidding.
