PART-TIME PROGRAM ACCREDITATION AND QUALITY OPERATIONS OFFICER
Job Overview:
As the program operations officer, the task of this office is to facilitate the implementation, monitoring, follow up and review the quality assurance activities of the school. This will include coordination with the the different learning units, support staff units, committees and other academic committees of the school.The office is also expected to help execute plans, collect vital information, prepare recommendations for external quality compliance as directed by the CIMECQUAM Head and its members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of QA Compliance of the School in the different Key Result Areas
- Data Collection and documentation of QA evidences necessary for compliance and accreditation
- Prepare reports for follow up with stakeholders
- Prepare evidences for feedback to key units of the school
- Spearhead in coordination with the CIMECQUAM Members in preparation for external accreditation
- Coordinate with the Administrative services in the documentation of compliance to external quality assurance stakeholders
- Attend training or seminars related to accreditation and quality assurance
- Perform functions as directed by the CIMECQUAM Chair
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
- Knowledge of Systems and Process of Academic environment
- Organizational skills Policy development Leadership Skills Management Abilities
- Familiarity with External Accreditation Process (e.g. PAASCU, ISO, AUN QA)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communicator
- Team player and group processing skills
Qualifications:
- At least a Masters degree in Education, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Quality Assurance or similar areas.
- Working knowledge of academic management systems and processes within higher education institutions
- Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks, standards, and quality assurance processes, particularly those related to PAASCU, ISO, and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accreditation, quality assurance, compliance, institutional effectiveness, academic administration, healthcare quality, or related functions.
- Experience working with accreditation bodies, regulatory agencies, or quality management systems is preferred.
