The HR Officer shall perform full spectrum of compenben and time keeping and provide support to other HR facets. He/she shall directly supervise and mentor HR team members for development.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience or 3 years of compenben, timekeeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite; Compressed work schedule
- Work location: Quezon City
- Reporting to: HR Manager
