Accounting Staff/Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant/Staff to support daily accounting and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are willing to learn and build their experience in accounting and finance operations.

The successful candidate will assist in preparing reports, organizing financial documents, monitoring records, and supporting the Accounting team in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduates of Finance and Accounting-related courses are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and organizing accounting documents and reports
• Encode financial data and maintain accurate records
• Support daily accounting and clerical tasks
• Assist in monitoring payables, receivables, and other transactions
• File and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting concerns
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager
