We're looking for a Virtual Recruitment Support professional to work alongside a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants, keeping candidate paperwork, placements, and communication on track for a busy medical recruitment operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, fast-paced admin work, and being the reliable link between recruiters, candidates, and clients — all while helping place doctors into roles that matter.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE- Experience in an Admin Assistant role within a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while communicating clearly with your team
- Prior experience in medical, healthcare, or specialist recruitment
- Experience liaising directly with candidates or professionals (e.g., doctors, clinicians) as part of the recruitment process
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs
- Experience supporting a team of recruiters or coordinators in a shared workflow
RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS
Recruitment Coordination Support
You keep the day-to-day recruitment process running without friction for your team.- Assist Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants across all stages of the recruitment cycle
- Track candidate progress and flag placement blockers early
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to keep placements on pace
Candidate & Placement Paperwork Management
You own the accuracy and timeliness of every document that supports a placement.- Process and maintain paperwork for new and placed candidates
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Organize records so the team can retrieve what they need without delay
Doctor & Stakeholder Liaison
You ensure every interaction reflects a quality, professional recruitment experience.- Interact directly with doctors to support a smooth, high-quality recruitment journey
- Communicate updates clearly between doctors, recruiters, and clients
- Escalate issues appropriately to keep the placement process on track
