We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor who can lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and support kitchen and dining staff during shifts
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide quick solutions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols
- Help drive sales through upselling, promotions, and service improvements
- Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage people and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations, inventory control, and food safety
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
