Job Description
Posted on 18 July 2025- Process and record financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Maintain and update accounting files and records.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
