Medical Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s medical and laboratory products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Davao City. The role involves developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing product knowledge and technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions when required.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the assigned territory.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and ensure prompt customer service.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and customer concerns.
• Attend company meetings, training, and events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of sales experience (medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Davao City and nearby areas.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (an advantage if owns a motorcycle or vehicle).
