RESTAURANT MANAGER
About the role
Select Goods', a leading hospitality and tourism company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our prestigious restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient management of staff, and the overall success of the establishment.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
- Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute innovative menu items
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operation
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
