Monitor daily inventory movements of food, beverages, and operating supplies.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances with system records.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock receipts, transfers, returns, and issuances.
- Maintain inventory records and update inventory management systems.
- Analyze food and beverage costs and identify discrepancies or unusual variances.
- Monitor waste, spoilage, and breakage.
- Prepare food cost and beverage cost reports for management review.
- Assist in developing and implementing cost-control procedures and policies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and cost reports.
- Analyze inventory turnover, stock levels, and consumption patterns.
- Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve inventory efficiency.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, cost control, or accounting within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and must know basic computer troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
