Key Responsibilities:- Support US federal and state corporate income tax compliance
- Assist with tax payments, extensions, and tax filing requirements
- Manage sales and use tax compliance and other indirect tax matters
- Review transactions for tax implications
- Handle tax notices and support tax audits
- Coordinate with accounting, finance, and external advisors
- Maintain tax calendars, trackers, and compliance documentation
- Assist in process improvements and tax controls
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of tax experience
- Experience with US federal and state corporate tax compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Amenable to hybrid work setup and night shift schedule
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience with sales and use tax or other indirect taxes
