Job Description

 Receives and stores materials at designated area within the warehouse.
 Reviews picking list and prepares materials for issuance.
 Issues materials to Production or to end-users.
 Conducts monthly inventory of assigned materials and ensures reconciliation as per stock card and ERP system report.
 Re-arranges and sorts materials’ stocking location if deemed necessary or as required.
 Checks and issues materials for replacement and maintains records.

 Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader.

Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Requirement:

◆ High School Diploma

Professional Qualification: ◆ With or without work related experience

◆ With Driver’s License is a plus factor

Special/Technical Skill: ◆ With good Mathematical skills and able to apply on different method of measurements.

◆ Ability to easily understand instructions and keen to details.
 Fast learner, can understand simple instructions and keen to details
 Ability to communicate well; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)
 With positive attitude, hardworking, energetic, ability to multi-task and determined to get positive result
 With sense of urgency, can work under pressure and willing to work on extended hours

 Know-how to use warehouse tools, machines and equipments such as forklift, jack lifter, etc.
