Store manager - Quezon City

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall sales, profitability, customer service, visual strategies, operations, and inventory management for an assigned location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Maintains store staff by motivating, coaching, counseling store employees
  • Achieves store quota by planning store strategies and analyzing variances and initiates corrective actions to be presented to immediate superior for discussion and approval
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and maintaining accurate inventories
  • Secures merchandise by implementing security measures even without security device available
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store
  • Maintains day to day operations of the store
  • Ensures that the cash sales are remitted to the bank on a timely basis
  • Proper management of customer complaints/inquiries on counter level
  • Facilitates permits needed for the pull-out or deliveries
  • Maintains operations by imposing policies and procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College in any field
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Assistant Manger/Manager specialized in Sales- Retail/General
  • Proven leadership,business management and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • With good analytical skills
  • Has an organized and systematic work process.
