Project-Based Web Developer (Remote / Flexi-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Build, test, and deploy a responsive, high-performing website/web application based on approved UI/UX wireframes.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the website is fully optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Integration: Connect necessary third-party APIs, payment gateways, or plugins as required by the project scope.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and smooth user journeys.
• Handover: Provide clean, well-documented code and a brief walkthrough for the internal team post-launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of completed websites or applications (please attach portfolio links).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or modern WordPress/Shopify development depending on your tech stack).
• Solid understanding of back-end logic, database management, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and deployment processes.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to hit milestones independently.
