About the role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Sotogrande Hotel Resorts & Groups. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, prepare sales proposals, and help close deals.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital/print collateral.
• Research competitor products, pricing, and industry trends to inform and adjust strategy.
• Build lasting client relationships, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate databases.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze consumer behavior data, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and product launch events.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to pitch products, draft engaging content, and negotiate with clients.
• Ability to build rapport easily, understand consumer behavior, and provide top-tier customer service.
• Strong project management and time management skills to juggle multiple promotional campaigns and meet strict deadlines.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on closing leads and meeting monthly KPIs.
• Willing to relocate to another hotel property (Subic Zambales)
