We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our IT Operations team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in Windows infrastructure, automation, and cloud technologies who can contribute to modern IT practices and ensure reliable system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure (Windows Server 2016–2025)
- Manage system configuration, patching, and updates using SCCM
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
- Support DevOps initiatives through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance and handle capacity planning
- Support disaster recovery and high availability solutions
- Assist in AWS cloud implementations
- Manage system monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
- Design and maintain Grafana dashboards
- Configure monitoring metrics using Prometheus or similar tools
- Lead medium-complexity projects
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years experience in IT Operations / Systems Administration
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server (2016–2025)
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP, File Services
- IIS Administration
- Clustering & High Availability
- Backup & Recovery
- Security Hardening / Best Practices
- Automation: PowerShell (Advanced), Ansible, Terraform
- System Management: SCCM
- Cloud: AWS (minimum 1 year experience)
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus
- Version Control: Git
