Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Collection and Resolution
  • Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.
  • Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.
Field Work
  • Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.
  • Collect payments using authorized POS machines or approved digital payment tools, ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation of transactions.
  • Conduct mystery shopping and validation visits to merchants, sales agents, or retail locations to assess compliance, sales practices, and customer experience.
  • Validate suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activities identified through mystery shopping tasks or field findings.
  • Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all field visits and appointments are completed in a timely manner.
  • Printing, distribution, and verified delivery to clients of Demand letters and other needed documentation.
Reporting
  • Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, including actions taken and current account status.
  • Prepare reports on mystery shopping activities, fraud validation findings, and quality observations.
  • Document and initiate write-offs for processing as necessary.
Documentation
  • Accurately document customer interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and mystery shopping results and Anti-Fraud visits in the Field Visit mobile application.
  • Maintain complete and organized records of negotiations, payment arrangements, and validation activities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned to support changing business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • At Least HS Grad, with own motorcycle, with driver's license; familiar with places within Sorsogon
  • Willing to be assigned to the particular areas above
  • Have Powerbank and Charging Cables for CP
  • Target Oriented Person
  • Willing to use personal cellphone for work purposes
