Architect

About the role

As an Architect, you will be instrumental in transforming conceptual ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound built spaces. Your expertise will directly impact project success, client satisfaction, and the company's reputation within the architectural and construction sectors.

1. Developing comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings utilising computer-aided design (CAD) software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies
2. Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and opportunities
3. Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and ensure alignment with design vision
4. Preparing and presenting design concepts, proposals, and presentations to clients and project teams
5. Ensuring all designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements
6. Managing project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
7. Overseeing construction documentation and providing technical support during the implementation phase
8. Conducting quality reviews of architectural drawings and ensuring accuracy and completeness
9. Mentoring junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
10. Staying current with architectural trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies in the industry
