Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth for a growing HRIS and SaaS solutions company.

The ideal candidate is a strong B2B sales professional with proven experience in HR Technology, Payroll Systems, or SaaS solutions, capable of building executive-level relationships and driving high-value client acquisition across the Philippine market.

This role requires someone with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, active industry connections, and the ability to confidently represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business organizations.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating new business opportunities, and consistently achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
  • Drive end-to-end sales and business development initiatives for HRIS, Payroll, and SaaS solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new clients across various industries including BPO, corporate, technology, retail, and professional services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution selling, and client consultations with key decision-makers and executives.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client & Market Management
  • Develop strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and C-level executives.
  • Maintain high client engagement and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business expansion.
  • Represent the company in networking events, industry organizations, and business associations to strengthen market visibility.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with implementation, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer success.
  • Contribute sales insights, market intelligence, and growth strategies to leadership.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the company’s positioning within the HR Technology and SaaS industry.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within:
  • HRIS / HRMS
  • Payroll Systems
  • SaaS
  • HR Technology
  • BPO
  • Telco
  • IT Solutions
  • Strong sales track record with measurable achievements in revenue generation and quota attainment.
  • Must be able to discuss previous sales targets, annual achievements, and business growth contributions.
  • Strong local market exposure and network within Philippine corporate industries.
  • Active participation or connections within industry organizations and business networks is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in handling high-level client engagements.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.
