WE’RE HIRING: HORECA SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for food, beverages, and building strong customer relationships?

We are looking for an experienced HORECA Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and institutional accounts while ensuring operational excellence.

• Develop and grow HORECA accounts across Metro Manila and nearby regions
• Build strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales deals
• Lead daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and smooth execution
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, deliveries, and account profitability
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to support business growth

• Minimum 3 years experience in HORECA sales, food service, FMCG, or restaurant operations
• Strong network within hotels, restaurants, cafés, commissaries, or food service channels is an advantage
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
