Sales head

The Sales Head will lead overall sales strategy and execution for our solar appliances business. This role is responsible for driving revenue across offline and partner-led channels, building and managing the sales team, and ensuring targets are met, market validations perfectly captures customer insights preparing the team for scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for solar appliances.
• Lead and manage field sales teams both internal and external channel partners.
• Drive sales across B2C and B2B2C channels, including community-based selling and partnerships.
• Monitor performance, ensure consistent execution, pivot approach as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners (cooperatives, LGUs, retailers, developers).
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Marketing to support activations and campaigns.
• Review placement, pricing, promotions, and product bundles with the aim conversion.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in consumer durables, appliances, FMCG, or energy-related products.
• Strong background in on-ground sales and channel management.
• Experience building and managing sales teams.
• Results-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a startup or growth-stage environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Willing to travel and work on the ground as needed.
• Has a valid driver's license.
• Willing to be assign in PAMPANGA.
