Role: Senior AU Tax Accountant
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards
  • Prepares and review clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed
  • Prepares and analyses management accounting reports
  • Helps identify, research and resolve all complex accounting issues
  • Applies Australian tax compliance procedures
  • Assists with Australian tax planning for clients
  • Conducts reviews of Australian income tax and FBT returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
  • Complies with lodgement program by meeting lodgement dates and requirements
  • Assists graduates and intermediates with work and acts as a mentor/buddy

Qualification and requirements:

  • Essential
  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
  • Completion of CPA or equivalent

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes:

  • 4-6 years experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to wide range of industries
  • Preferable experience with Xero
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
