Store Management Trainee

Role Summary

The Store Ambassador represents OPPO Philippines at the retail level by delivering excellent customer service, promoting OPPO products, and ensuring a positive brand experience for every customer. This role is open to fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and willing to undergo training.

• Open to Fresh Graduates and applicants with retail sales experience
• Willing to be trained and eager to learn about mobile technology
• Good communication skills in Filipino and/or English
• Customer-focused, confident, and approachable personality
• Ability to work in a retail environment, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of social media content creation and live streaming is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned to retail store locations

• Act as the primary brand representative of OPPO in assigned retail stores
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and demonstrations
• Promote OPPO smartphones, accessories, and ongoing promotions
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and product comparisons
• Support sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and overall store presentation standards
• Build positive relationships with customers and store partners
• Attend required product training sessions, sales coaching, and brand briefings
• Submit daily sales reports and feedback to supervisors
• Strengthen the assigned store’s online presence by creating social media content, conducting live streams, and increasing followers and engagement
• Achieve the monthly personal sell-out target assigned to the retail store
• Assist the Captain Promoter in daily operations and assigned tasks
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market activities
• Identify internal and external store concerns through problem analysis
• Provide recommendations and solutions to observed store issues
• Immediately escalate concerns and operational issues to HQ supervisors
