Is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of welders and welding teams to ensure all welding tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and industry standards. This role involves planning work schedules, inspecting welds, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining welding quality control.
Qualifications/Requirements- College level / Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in Chinese and Basic English
