Seasonal Brand Ambassador
We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Clerk to support the operations of the Hiessence Pop-Up Kiosk for a period of 3-6 months. The role will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, promoting Hiessence fragrance products, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate is well-presented, personable, and confident in engaging customers, with a strong interest or experience in perfumes, fragrances, or premium lifestyle products. Experience selling high-end or luxury products is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers visiting the Hiessence pop-up kiosk and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Introduce and demonstrate Hiessence aromatic diffusers, fragrance oils, and related products.
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Maintain the kiosk's visual presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Process sales transactions and assist with daily sales tracking and basic inventory monitoring.
- Actively engage customers and support sales targets and product promotions.
- Share customer feedback, product inquiries, and sales insights with management.
- Support marketing activities, product demonstrations, and promotional events at the kiosk.
Qualification
At least Senior High School graduate or college level.- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle products.
- Experience selling high-end or premium products (luxury retail, beauty counters, premium lifestyle brands) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge or strong interest in perfumes and fragrance products.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work in mall environments and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
