Job Overview:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will learn bookkeeping, compensation, taxation, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Job Objectives:
- To fulfill timely and updated payables.
- To submit on time government and financial reports.
- To maintain error-free transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares, files, records, and updates payables and reports.
- Audit receipts and invoices.
- Analyzes transactional expenses and supports the accounting department.
- Reconciliation of receipts, books, and accounts.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course.
- With at least 1 year of related experience.
- Hands-on experience in a spreadsheet application or accounting software.
- With knowledge in Accounting and government tax ruling.
- Willing to work full-time in Tondo, Manila
