Healthcare Associates as a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
  • Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
  • Staying updated with company policies and procedures
  • Keeping company information secured and confidential

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • College Graduate or Associate Graduate.
  • Completed 4 semesters in 2nd year college with no back subjects.
  • With 1-year BPO experience needed.
  • With good to excellent English communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Willing to learn and be trained
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu Business Park or GAGFA Tower in Panagdait, Mabolo
