• 5+ years of proven experience in telecommunications, ideally covering end-to-end IT system development for telco services, with experience as a Project Manager working closely with product management and IT development teams.
• University degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development
• Ability to translate business objectives and outcomes into technical elements
• Deep understanding of project concepts, principles, products, and tools
• Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or related industry certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative team player who can build relationships across functions and stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for new product development, new plan offers, and enhancements to existing product offers
• Deliver structured project planning with clear milestones and deliverables across all project phases
• Ensure alignment of delivery teams to support successful market launch of new products and plans
• Work closely across the business to achieve common objectives within planned timelines and scope
• Manage collaboration across delivery teams to achieve the best customer and business outcomes

• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify customer pain points, business outcomes, solution design, and key decisions
• Create project plans with clear tasks, ownership, and milestones
• Track, report, and manage project risks and issues
• Manage risk mitigation and resolution plans
• Establish project governance covering change management, risk and issue management, budget management, status reporting, and escalations

• Contribute to the development of project frameworks that continuously improve delivery processes from initiation to production
• Utilize and refine tools, processes, and templates to improve planning, execution, reporting quality, and efficiency
• Develop and document business and system processes to provide clarity for development and operations teams
• Manage milestones and outcomes with a strong results-focused approach
• Foster collaboration across teams to achieve common goals and delivery outcomes

• Plan and execute project plans while onboarding IT system development teams and process owners
• Ensure alignment of business objectives, operational processes, and launch readiness requirements
• Refine and enhance technical project management practices across the organization
• Identify internal process improvements and governance opportunities for more efficient project execution and stronger cross-functional collaboration
