We are looking for a dependable and proactive General Maintenance to join our operations team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure that all facilities and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
This includes repair work, routine upkeep, and responding to maintenance requests across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge general repairs on buildings, structures, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues.
- Complete routine inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards or maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of public areas, work spaces, and equipment.
- Operate and maintain basic tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Record and report maintenance activities, completed work, and materials used.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
