About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is seeking a talented Project Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Kamias Quezon City . This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our mechanical engineering projects.As the Project Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical systems design and implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the integration of mechanical systems with other building components
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Continuously explore new technologies and techniques to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our mechanical engineering solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the construction or property development industry
- Proficient in the design and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with project management software and BIM tools
