We are hiring a Outbound Sales Agent to join our team for a Pioneer Sales account in Bridgetowne! The Sales Agent will reach out to potential customers, present our products or services, and help drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote our products or services.Present and Sell: Explain the benefits of what we offer and encourage customers to make a purchase.
Build Relationships: Establish trust and maintain good communication with customers.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Handle Objections: Address customer concerns professionally and provide solutions.
Update Records: Log all customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
Collaborate: Work with the team to improve sales strategies and share best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months of inbound/outbound BPO experience.
- Sales experience in a BPO setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in speaking to different types of customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Must be amenable to working a night shift.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetown QC (Beside Opus Mall)
