Qualifications
Core Experience- 4-7 years' experience in CRM, CMS, or marketing operations
- Proven ability to execute with speed, reliability, and high CMS / CRM deployment accuracy, while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Track record in conversion optimization, customer engagement improvement, experimentation, and automation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Expertise in WordPress VIP or similar enterprise CMS platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Braze, ActionIQ, Tealium, or similar marketing automation / customer engagement platforms
- Strong capability in HTML, SQL, data troubleshooting, campaign QA, and deployment validation
- Hands-on experience in audience segmentation, campaign execution, and marketing operations workflows
Responsibilities
CMS & Campaign Operations- Manage end-to-end CMS content, brand, and offer updates, including email and SMS campaign build, segmentation, and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Oversee customer segmentation and automated journeys across CDP activation channels to support personalized engagement
- Implement and maintain QA frameworks, workflow prioritization, capacity planning, and SLA performance
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and experimentation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain strong alignment with Pricing, Customer Experience (CE), Customer Communications (CC), Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
