Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Collaborate with your team to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with general product or service inquiries
What We're Looking For:
- No experience needed – Fresh graduates and newcomers are welcome!
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
