  • Evaluate the overall state of the company and understand where it can improve and what it is doing well.

  • Sign important documents for the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or a related field
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other specialized master’s degree is preferred
  • Five to ten years of managerial experience
