POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Receptionist provides operational and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational needs, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Provide logistical support for sales events, open houses, and exhibits.
  • Respond to inquiries from Broker Sales Manager/Broker Division Head and provide accurate information.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Admin Officer to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
