Job Summary: The Telesales Officer is responsible for meeting sales targets of the bank’s financial products and services within your assigned product/campaign. The overall objective of the role is to utilize your knowledge on the different products that the bank is offering in order to present the best financial solution that will address clients’ needs while encourage strengthening of client relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly productivity targets by delighting customers through sales via tele calling
- Contact customers via call and present the bank’s product offerings.
- Introduce competitive products and financial services to enhance customer's engagement with the bank
- Provide recommendations and sell products so as to meet customer's financial needs while providing excellent customer service to maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct inbound or outbound non-face-to-face sales activities regarding cards and loan products
- Improve productivity via cross-selling and referral of cards and loan products
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the bank’s reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
