About the role
Join the team at MJ888 Corporation (7-eleven) as a Store Clerk (7-eleven) in our vibrant store in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our convenience store.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the cash register, processing sales transactions and providing change
- Restocking and organising shelves to maintain store presentation and product availability
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times
- Providing recommendations to customers on products and services
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Supporting the team in completing any other store duties as required
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally in a convenience store or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for delivering a great shopping experience for our customers
- Proficiency in English and the local language
