This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role with Top Alliance, a leading provider of customer support and contact centre services. Based in Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila, this virtual position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing a flexible and convenient work arrangement.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Top Alliance, delivering exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
What you'll be doing- Answering incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of products and services
- Demonstrating excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and finding solutions to customer needs
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the company's CRM system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
- Contributing to a positive team environment and continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine interest in providing high-quality support and a commitment to continuous learning
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and the local language (Filipino) is required
