Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Quezon City. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, integrating various systems into the designs, and managing projects from conception to completion.Day-to-day tasks include creating design concepts, coordinating with engineers and clients, and overseeing construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Basic Job Description- Perform design management and aid the Technical Team to produce creative concepts, research, and solutions for ilaw atbp. projects.
- Perform lighting design of various residential, commercial, or industrial spaces.
- Perform various tasks that require innovative approach and technical know-how on design-related matters (structural).
- Work collaboration with variety of lighting professionals, including lighting designers, urban planners, engineers and architects to assure that specified layout and design is covered or translated by construction plans.
- Prepare design report and specifications.
- Coordinate with sales department to address architectural concerns.
- Ensures the quality and timeliness of drawings and project execution. Provide updates on project status to clients and senior management.
- Completes allocated projects to meet the specified standards and exceed client expectations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or any Architectural Software
- Sketch-up, Enscape Lumion Photoshop, any 3d rendering program
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Professional licensure is a plus
- Willing to conduct fieldwork
- Willing to work full time onsite at Quezon City
