Technical Sales Representative

Maintain regular visits to assigned customers and promptly respond to all inquiries and concerns through phone calls and emails. This includes promoting products and services.
- Submit customer orders to Office Sales Department for processing.
- Achieve the monthly sales quota.
- Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts as requested by the Credit and Collections Department.
- Assist in monitoring and responding to emails.
- Monitor discontinued and backorder items and prepare the necessary extension or cancellation letters.
- Perform other related duties, functions, and tasks as may be assigned by management.
